This study purported to examine the mediating effect of job dedication in the relationship between perceived dangerous situations at work and Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) among social workers working at elder abuse protection agencies. The survey was performed to 270 social workers working at the total of 33 elder abuse protection agencies. According to the results of this study, it was found that perceived dangerous situations had negative effects on ProQOL, and the mediating effect of the job dedication in the relationship between perceived dangerous situations and ProQOL was found to be statistically significant. Upon analyzing the differences of the analytical model between upper/lower groups in terms of networking behaviors, it was found that perceived dangerous situations was significantly negatively associated with ProQOL only in the group of lower networking behaviors. The Critical Ratios for Difference (CRD) index confirmed significant moderating effects of networking behaviors. Based on these research results, practical and policy implications are discussed to help improve professional quality of life as well as networking behaviors of social workers at elder abuse protection agencies.
